Curriculum Vitae - Company Principal

Mr. Joe Sacca is a professional with more than 30 years of experience in project management, machine building, complex mechanical systems design and process development.

Mr. Sacca worked for 15 years in the electronics industry as a project engineer, designing and managing construction of photolithographic machines for Optical Radiation Corporation, a manufacturing company which builds equipment for the printed circuit board manufacturing industry.

Mr. Sacca transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry in 1988 when, as an independent contract engineer, he signed a long term contract with B.Braun Medical to address manufacturing issues with their production lines.

His association with B.Braun Medical culminated in assuming responsibility for the implementation of an isolator based powder and liquid filling system for B.Braun's new product, the Duplex container.

Simultaneously, Mr. Sacca continued engineering and design activities for companies such as Jet Propulsion Laboratories (NASA), Amphenol Corporation and many others.

Mr. Sacca obtained a Computer Technology degree from Mount San Antonio College in 1977 and an Engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University in 1982. He was EIT certified in 1989.

Isolation Technology Experience

Beginning in mid 1994, Mr. Sacca assumed program management and technical responsibility of multiple, large, complex isolator-based filling system to fill the Duplex container, one of B.Braun Medical's new products.

Each system consists of four interconnected isolator modules capable of filling both powder and diluent into the product and meets the requirements of sterility maintenance of all modules and contamination control between modules and the outside environment.

The system includes operations such as batch entry of the empty product to be filled, continuous loading of the powder, powder and diluent filling, heatsealing, checkweighing of the powder dose, cleaning and VHP decontamination compatibility, and a fully automatic transport system.

This system is a valuable testimony of Mr. Sacca's capability to understand and resolve the issues related to the envisioning, specification, management of construction, acceptance, integration and validation of a very complex and totally custom system.

Facility

Dynamic Design Pharma has a design, assembly and testing facility in Mission Viejo, California. The facility provides the ideal environment for development and testing activities.

Manufacturing Capability

Dynamic Design Pharma has under contract a number of reliable parts fabricators using the latest in CNC manufacturing machine tools to produce components of the highest possible quality.

Each fabricated component is carefully inspected to assure that it conforms to design specifications.

Each system built is tested and certified that it meets all specification.
