- Peristaltic pump to drive the H2O2 within the system
- All functions are managed by the control system
- System supply includes an external H202 sensor (0-100ppm)
- Decontamination process is automatic with minimal operator interaction
- The VHP generator makes use of off-the shelf hydrogen peroxide chemicals available from VWR Scientific, no proprietary supply.
- The system automatically perforates the hydrogen peroxide bottle cap (no dangerous handling of the chemical) and weighs the bottle during use to inform the operator when it is time to change to a new bottle.

- Typical decontamination cycle duration of the two transfer chambers (PassBox IN or OUT) is approximately 10-15 minutes gassing and 20-25 minutes aeration.
- H2O2 gassing of the whole isolator system is done on a routine basis – possibly weekly to maintain sterility. Typical decontamination cycle duration for a two glove isolator is 2 hours.
