The Feeder Bowl Lift/Transport permits the safe transfer of the typical feeder bowl from the autoclave area after it has been sterilized to the filling line for installation. The same lift is then used to reverse the operation and safely remove the feeder bowl from the filling line and transferring it as needed.
System Description
The Feeder Bowl Lift includes special features that allow it to perform this highly specialized and delicate operation. Feeder bowls are typically quite heavy and must be transferred and installed while respecting the aseptic aspect of the operation. Feeder bowls are also of various sizes and geometries, often within the same filling line. Some features of the feeder bowl Lift achieve such flexibility.
